     Most everyone calls me “Mat” and hope you will too.  After 16-years with Pathway Communities, formerly Peachtree City Development Corporation "PCDC", working with builders, contractors and local government, I am continuing my Realtor career with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Georgia Properties.  What better place to be in this market.   I enjoy our Peachtree City home with my wonderful husband of 34-years, Wes.  We have a new bucket list every year of places we want to see and things we want to accomplish.  We enjoy swimming, bike riding, being on one of our Peachtree City lakes in our canoe or paddle boards, gardening, and cooking.  I am a HUGE baseball fan and love the Atlanta Braves.  Proud member of the Women’s Council of Realtors with Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Realtor (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.   We are both Condominium Sales Specialists.  Honored to make BHHS Honor Society for 2021.   We at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Georgia Properties take great pride in our ability to grow in this market with the upmost care for our seller, buyers and rental clients.  Investor opportunities are vast with those who have found themselves with an investment property and need to find a new avenue for their retirement income.   Wes and I are ready to assist you find an investment property or your next new home.
